For Worldwide shipping with a minimum of 200€ of order, free shipping by Fedex and DHL between 3 and 6 working days.

The prices displayed on the website include taxes and customs fees for the following countries:

- Europe: European Union member countries, the United Kingdom, Norway and Switzerland.
- North America: United States & Canada.
- Middle East: United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Qatar, Oman, Brunei, Bahrain and Israel.
- Asia: Japan, Singapore, Taiwan, South Korea, Malaysia and New Zealand.

For all other countries in the world, taxes and customs are not included in the prices displayed on the website and will be paid by the customer upon delivery of the product.

For any order in France, free shipping by DPD in 3 working days.

Return

You have 30 days following receipt of your package to return your items via our interface which will provide you a return label.

Return shipping costs per product are:
- 10€ for France (Colissimo),
- 20 € for the countries inside the European Union,
- 30€ for the rest of the world (DHL).

We will deduct these return costs from the refund of your order.

Warranty and Care

Warranty and Care

Each Ateliers Auguste piece is handcrafted in Italy by skilled artisans known for their precision and dedication to quality.

Because we believe in the durability of our creations, all our bags and accessories come with a one-year warranty covering any manufacturing defect. During this period, we will take care of any necessary repairs, or replace the item if a repair is not possible.

This warranty does not cover:

  • the natural ageing of leather or metal parts,
  • damage resulting from improper or accidental use.

After the first year

Even after your warranty has expired, we remain at your service. A contribution to repair costs (usually between €30 and €75) may be requested depending on the work required.

Shipping costs for sending your item are the responsibility of the customer.
Repairs requiring a return to our Italian workshop usually take around 4 weeks.

And remember to look after your bag so that it stays in perfect condition for as long as possible by following our advice.

For any repair request, please contact us at hello@ateliers-auguste.fr, including photos of your item and a short description of the issue. We will get back to you with a diagnosis and the next steps.

Gold Clasp

Each bag in our collection is adorned with one of our signature clasps, conceived and designed by Ateliers Auguste in Paris. These distinctive pieces are then meticulously prototyped and crafted by specialised workshops renowned for their expertise in luxury leather goods hardware.

Every silhouette calls for its own fastening principle. Over time, we have developed a family of clasp designs featuring different mechanisms, all united by a shared aesthetic language and a strong, recognisable identity.

Since 2025, our bespoke clasps and metal hardware have been crafted from stainless steel and finished with a gold-tone PVD coating, combining enduring resistance with a refined, precious radiance.

At once elegant and distinctive, these signature details embody the spirit of the House, enhancing each creation with a discreet yet unmistakable expression of modern luxury.

Box Leather

The main material used in our creations, our beautiful bovine leather is sourced from some of Italy’s finest tanneries, which have been collaborating with the world’s leading leather goods houses for decades.

For the Gold Edition collection, we have selected a leather with a refined Box finish, offering an even more sophisticated elegance.These tanneries comply with the strictest European regulations (REACH) and are certified by the Leather Working Group (LWG). This ensures outstanding quality, full traceability, and a strong commitment to environmental responsibility.

Our partners carefully select hides that are exclusively sourced as by-products of the food industry. We therefore consciously embrace recycling and durability as part of our commitment to more responsible fashion.
Our creations are available in a wide variety of leather finishes and colours — smooth, grained, embossed or Box. Each finish offers a unique feel and creates its own distinctive emotion. It is up to you to discover the one that resonates most with you.

ITALIAN MASTER LEATHERWORKERS

Our bags are handcrafted with the utmost precision in the Venetian countryside.

The ultra-modern workshops working on the manufacturing of our products are renowned for their unique know-how passed on from generation to generation.

Each leather craftsman is trained for years to achieve excellence under the supervision of master craftsmen.

Leather cutting, slitting, trimming, assembly, sewing, edge dyeing and hot stamping are all steps that require more than four hours of work to produce a unique piece of leather goods from Ateliers Auguste.
