In the rest of the world and from 200€ of order, free shipping by FEDEX and DHL between 3 and 5 working days.
The prices displayed on the website include taxes and customs fees for the following countries:
- Europe: European Union member countries, the United Kingdom, Norway and Switzerland.
- North America: United States & Canada.
- Middle East: United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Qatar, Oman, Brunei, Bahrain and Israel.
- Asia: Australia, Japan, Singapore, Taiwan, South Korea, Malaysia and New Zealand.
For all other countries in the world, taxes and customs are not included in the prices displayed on the site and will be paid by the customer upon delivery of the product.
Return
You have 30 days following the reception of your parcel to return your articles whatever the reason.
The return costs per product are:
- France : 10 € with Colissimo carrier,
- Countries inside the European Union : 20€ with Colissimo carrier,
- Rest of the world : 30€ with DHL carrier.
We will deduct these return costs from the refund of your order.
The item(s) returned must be unused, in their original packaging and in a parcel. They must be accompanied by any accessories.
Once we have checked that these conditions have been met, we will refund the item(s), excluding return costs, within 30 days.
