1. How to take car of my bag?

Each bag is hand made by our craftsmen in the best leathers and the best cottons. So your bag to follow you for many years, we recommend to maintain it every 2 or 3 months with a colorless natural leather milk. Your bag and regain its sheen and luster.


2. What is wax cotton?

It is a cotton that has received a layer of wax and allows it to be wateproof.


3. What a vegetable tanned leather means ?

The leathers are natural and plant treaties. Vegetable tanning is to convert the leather using natural agents: mimosa, chestnut and acacia. The tannery takes the greatest care to the treatment of water. After use, the water is decanted off, adjusted and released into the river as pure as the input.


4. Products of Workshops Auguste they are guaranteed for life?

The Auguste Workshops undertake in case of quality problems within a manufacturing defect you repair or replace your product at its cost in the first year of purchase. A product of Auguste Workshops is not eternal, we nevertheless choose the best leather and raw materials to serve quality manufacturing. 5. Where are made Auguste Auguste's products ?

All our products are manufactured in the same factory located in Vendée.
This factory designing and manufacturing quality products since 1952.

6. Is it possible to return an item?

You have a period of fourteen (14) days from the date of receipt of the purchased items on the ateliers-auguste.fr site to exercise your right of withdrawal without penalty and without specifying the reason, as provided in Article L. 121-20 et seq of the Consumer Code.
For this, you only need to contact Customer Service by phone at +33 (0) 1 48 05 91 36 or email: contact@ateliers-auguste.fr. After validation by the Customer Service, you will receive email confirmation of support for your back. You must then send back the item. Return costs will be your responsibility.
The right of return will be acquired under the conditions where the item will be returned new and in its original packaging. The label is still attached to the product. The product has neither been worn or worn, altered or damaged and in perfect condition to be again put on sale.


7. Is my payment secure?

8. When my order will be shipped?

Any order placed before 12 am is processed the same day. However the processing time and preparation of an order may be extended by the articles and last between 1 and 2 days. As soon as your order is ready to be shipped, you will receive a confirmation email, from there you can take into account the time of advertised carriers.


9. Do you ship outside France?

Yes, we ship to almost every country in the world.
